Jen is a Missouri native, a certified 500-hour Yoga teacher, a collage artist, and a lover of live music, great food, mini vacations, reading, and the occasional nap.

When she isn’t working to provide exceptional customer service to the patients of Columbia Allergy & Asthma, you can find her spending precious time with her family and dogs, creating art, or teaching Yoga 1:1 to anyone looking to improve their quality of breath, movement, strength, and curiosity!
